The NOMW Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Conference, themed *Silence is Not Golden*, brings together teen advocates, HT experts, social workers, trauma therapists, and community leaders to empower communities and safeguard youth. Attendees will receive valuable free resources, enjoy complimentary breakfast and lunch, and participate in impactful discussions designed to inspire action and change. This event highlights the importance of education and collaboration in preventing human trafficking and fostering safer environments for all.

The **Schepps Power Women of the Bronx Award Ceremony** on **Wednesday, October 23, 2024**, at **Villa Barone** will be a prestigious event celebrating the remarkable achievements of women leaders and changemakers in the Bronx community. This year, we are thrilled to honor **LadyPamela Damon**, who will receive the **ICON Award** for her outstanding contributions and dedication to empowering youth and families through her work with **Not On My Watch (NOMW)**. This marks her third year being recognized at this esteemed ceremony, highlighting her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Among the distinguished honorees this year are **Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson** and **District Attorney Darcel Clark**, both of whom have made significant contributions to the Bronx’s growth and development. Their leadership and dedication to public service serve as an inspiration to all.

The evening will be filled with elegance, inspiration, and celebration, featuring a formal award presentation, lively entertainment, music, and a dinner service. With over **300 guests** expected to attend, this gala will be a night to remember, bringing together community leaders, activists, and influencers to honor the Bronx’s trailblazing women. The evening will also feature a **raffle fundraiser**, with all proceeds supporting **NOMW** and its vital programs serving at-risk youth and families.
